Salt Lake City: Tori Spence (20), a member of the Kamloops River City Racers Club now training in Calgary, finished 7th overall at the North American/Oceania Qualifying event in Salt Lake City over the weekend.  Tori's best placing was a 6th in the 5k event.  Tori was part of a 6 man 6 women team sent to this competition to determine spots for the World All round competition to be held in Hamar Norway on February 16 - 17.  Tori went into the competition as the 6th ranked Canadian female and moved up two positions amongst the Canadian contenders to finish in 4th.  The top 6 female finishers earn spots at the World All Round competition (so Tori missed it by one position!)
